Home Office

Here we go again, a murderer, a rapist and a paedophile have been freed for a second time. As i said before, it does not matter who the home secretary is. The only way to solve this, is to get shot of the human rights act. We keep hearing that judges are reading it wrong and that there is nothing wrong with the act it's self. I dont agree.

The only way to end the shambles of our justice system, and the total disregard for the public safety is first to get rid of the cause, that lies firmly in the lap of Tony and his cronies in the soft Labour party. They have totally ignored public demands for more harsh sentencing for violent criminals and the return of the death penalty for murderers(with DNA proof).Perhaps then the public will be safe to go about their daily business.Blair is soft on everything except upholding the British way of life and traditions,in my eyes,he is nothing more than a complete let down, and a traitor.

I have to say, Blueboy, that I, for one, agree with all your comments. It is because the BNP speak my language that I joined them, having become completely disillusioned with all the mainstream parties. Indeed, many of us in this country agree with them, and I feel will be drifting towards the BNP, once those people realise that the BNP is completely different to what they read in the junk newspapers.

Never before have ordinary people had so much access to methods used to publicly state their opinions than over the last few years via the Internet. Blair is probably not quaking at the knees yet, but if more and more ordinary people, such as you and I, voice our worries, concerns and anger, the obtuse politicians will start to quake!!

Keep up the great work.

I think I need to find out more about the BNP. Does anyone know what their position is on homosexuality?

11:50 am
Blogger spiv said...

Marmite Dave, I think that their stance is pretty neutral on this. What they possibly do not like is the "Gay Rights" being slammed into people's faces, and I can personally understand this.

To quote something from their website "What consenting adults get up to in the privacy of their own homes is their business as long as it doesn't involve children or animals" - fair comment in my opinion.

I agree with getting shot of the human rights act and that it's not just judges mis-reading it.
The truth of the matter is that this act is there to be abused by the criminal, the illegal, the asylum seeker, and the fat cat lawyers (enter Mrs Blair).
It should be re-named the criminals rights act and then at least we all know where it's coming from.
In the very least if we can't get it binned then it should be allowed to be abused by the abusers in society.
Failing that there is the allways the option of simply saying this is a European human rights act and as Britons we answer to no-one.
If the immigrants want to take their case to Strasbourg fine they can bloody well go there as well.

To be honest with you, although I can see much in the BNP I agree with, I've got a few black friends so I'm not sure I'd fit in very well.

Blogger spiv said...

M/Dave, I don't think that is at all relevant. I've got clients who are from ethnic cultures and I get on very well with them, and as I said on Nick Griffin's blog, we respect each other's cultures. They are all hard working people in their own businesses, who pay taxes and work long hours.

No, it's the ones who come here and sponge off our taxes who I feel angry with, put in social housing in front of my own 24 year old son (who has no hope at the moment of ever affording to buy a house). In my opinion, that is what the BNP is all about, not the tripe and rubbish printed in the Sun and other junk newspapers.

Anyway, you've got to follow your own choices, no one can make your decision for you.

I made my decision when Prescott was given the sack and yet he is still keeping his Jags, houses and so forth on my taxes. Was so angry I even e-mailed Blair and told him I was joining the BNP.

I don't agree with all their policies, just most of them, which is more than I can say for the mainstream parties.

Well said ,i have a neighbour who is from the ethnic culture and i get on well with her, she works hard and pays her taxes, no problem with her at all. It's the one's who come here and sponge from us i don't like, we have to stop all immigration now.

Well yes, I hear what you're all saying but I can't actually get any proof. For eg, my neighbour explained to me how immigrants put in much more, moneywise, than they take out. He said we were better off financially with immigration. He was pretty convincing.

Well, it was to do with work & taxes. Immigrants come into the country and work, pay taxes, keep the economy going etc. All that adds up to more than is taken in social security. He had figures, and a calculator. Like I said he was pretty convincing but you'd have to talk to him.

M/Dave, it all depends what you are looking for. The BNP is about more than immigration, so that is why you need to read their manifesto on their website, and make your own informed mind up, no one can do that for you. And you won't find proof, it is your opinion which is important.

An immigrant who comes to the UK with money and buys a house, starts a business, employs people, pays taxes etc etc will put in more money. And I have no problems with that - as mentioned earlier, some of my clients have done this. It is the immigrants who bring nothing here, then expect free housing, free education, medical care etc etc on my taxes who are the problem. It is not immigration which is the problem, it is the lack of controlled immigration. If I wanted to emigrate to Australia, for instance, I would have to show suitability, financial solidity and the skills they seek.

But, hey, we could argue this point all evening. Joining any political party is a matter of choice, not proof, not what your neighbour, friends or peers think, it is what you think.

The Human Rights Act should be renamed the Human Wrongs Act as it appears only criminals benifit from it.And B.Liar wants to saddle us with an EU Constitution!

Blueboy, I was among the first to post here a few weeks ago, I said I would be a regular visitor but I somehow lost your URL, thanks for posting it over on Nick's blog again.

Some of Nick's regulars don't seem to like me very much, methinks, not that I'm bothered I've never been one to care about what other people think of me, particularly when they've never even met me.Seems a few of us had turned the blog into soap opera, this was not intentional it's just the way it turned out, I just assumed the Chairman's blog was only for the duration of the local Elections and thought I'd have a bit of fun with some of the others while it lasted.Still, at least Radioactive A Bomb finally admitted that the official line on 9/11 is not entirely honest, eh Spiv (-;

Bluboy, hope you don't mind if a few of us use your blog for the occaisional chit-chat that annoyed some over on Nick's blog. I think you can expect White Rose to become a regular, and I'm hoping paulbad comes over too, he's hilarious.

I'll respect your decision whatever it is.

Philip, please use my blog for your chit-chat and any one else you know, please tell them. I'm disabled and in the house most of the day. I started the blog to get some debate going, to pass away the time. As you know i comment on a story every day, even at the weekend. What i will do from now on is put my post under General Chat and you can comment on it or post something of your own on it okay.I got a great response today. thank you all.

Hey Phil, I didn't know that Radioactive A bomb had accepted there were some oddities about 9/11 ("oddities" - ha, an understatement I have to say)

If anyone is curious as to why we feel 9/11 does not 'ring true', then watch this streaming video at

If you can explian it, you're better than the physicists who also believe 9/11 a fraud!!

Hi Spiv...

I'm quite certain that RAB has admitted the official line on 9/11 is a fabrication, I would go back and find his comments but it's just getting to clogged-up back there. I'm equally sure he admits there is no explanation for how Atta's passport managed to survive intact, I may have misunderstood his comments but I was satisfied that he has acknowledged that we are not being told the full truth.

White Rose...

Hi sexy, I didn't wanna get to personal back on Nick's blog, seems we've been treating it as a forum. Thanks to blueboy for letting us post here, and hope he feels welcome to join in our little soap. Seems you and he have something in common, now you have a blog to kill a few hours every day. I'll keep track of your conversation, for now it's back to Nick's place, I'm expecting a whopper from RAB. (-;

I dont think blueboy will complain about our presence here, you must admit Nick's blog was the funniest show on earth at times. Personally, I think Nick has realized the potential of a personal blog by the BNP Chairman, and although I cant help thinking he must have been is stitches at times, the soap thing was going a bit too far for a political blog. Nick's fault mainly, for not giving us a clean sheet; however, thanks to blueboy we now have another place to keep in touch, with our sense of humour if nothing else.

If you can't laugh, your living in a totalitarian state, right?

Where have you been all this time? I'm not posting on Nick's blog anymore. Allow me to all.

Three years ago I visited the Ukraine with a Ukrainian friend of mine. I was surprised at just how many Ukranians were watching, via the internet, the advance of the BNP and Nationalism in general here in Europe. On guy said to me in broken English: "Phil, don't put too much faith in your politicans, once they smell success and power and the money sarts coming in,you'll find they are all the same. It's why Ukraine is such a corrupt country, I only hope it won't happen in England, but don't be surprised if it does." or words to that effect.

I'm not suggesting Nick Griffin is corrupt, but I am suggesting he wants to entertain a more - lets say, suitable - clientele than the common folk such as myself, who have been regulars from day one on his blog. You see, politicians have no time for the common folk, as much as they claim to have: it's a bit like the effect of Turkish Delight on children in The Lion The Whitch And The Wardrobe; one taste and your hooked. Politics and it's trappings have a similar effect.

Nick Griffin and the BNP will still get my vote whatever, "Whether I'm right or wrong", but rest assured, there is no place for us common folk on the Chairmans Blog. nick has his sights on higher things. Where have all our big guns gone? Why hasn't RAB posted his biggie? Why did RaB 'slap our wrists and make it known he was with scotland and Boudica? Indeed, why has Nick kept the blog open and yet not posted another article ? If he had a problem with what's being said surely he would have pulled the plug some time ago. The fact that the blog is still open suggests to me Nick see's the benifit of it. But are we, paulbad, White Rose, and others what Nick wants? I suggest NO is the answer.

Mark my words, Nick will post again, but not until only big-hitters are left. And I think that is a mistake.

I will not post there post, if you want to!

I can still get round too, within limits. Yes some days are better than others and at least I can still get out in the car,
I only do what's necessary (to keep the place clean & tidy,) because of the pain, that's why I spend such a lot of time on the puter, it's on wheels at the end of the sofa, so I'm comfy as possible and pain level is then tollerable. Can't take anti inflammatory drugs.. Can't sit on an office chair.. wouldn't last five minutes. Sleep is sporadic and has no pattern. I can empathise completely.

I Wouldn't worry about the time thing.
