A speeding driver Mohsin Raziq was given a 3 and a half year sentence for killing an eighteen month old baby girl. He had no licence at the time of the crash, having lost it following a previous six-month ban and no insurance. His sentence means he could be free in as little as 18 months, which is a disgrace. At least the Lord Advocate(our most senior law officer in Scotland)is going to appeal the sentence. It is a shame he has to do that, if the judge had done his job in the first place none of this would be necessary
